April 22 – Watch your mail for your NEW Midland CU Debit Card. Please hold onto it as it won’t work until 5/1.
April 26 – Call Midland CU if you haven’t received your NEW Debit Card. (515-278-1994)
April 29 – Be sure to have extra cash on hand since there will be periods of reduced debit card limits.
April 30 – Online United CU access ends today at 1 p.m. Ensure you have printed, downloaded, or saved everything you need. Your historical information will NOT transfer to Midland CU. This information will no longer be available after today.
United Credit Union closes at 1 p.m.
Access to the following services ends at 1 p.m.

ONLINE BANKING & MOBILE BANKING APP
Primary account holders are set up for Online Banking and Mobile Banking App. However, joint owners must call Midland CU at 515-278-1994 and request to be set up after 5/1, the merger date. Username and Password details will be included in the April 16th letter from Midland CU.
May 1 – WELCOME – You’re officially a member-owner of Midland Credit Union!
All United and Midland CU locations are CLOSED today.
4 a.m. – United CU Debit Cards will work until approximately 4 a.m.
6 a.m. – You may now activate your Midland CU Debit Card by calling 800-717-4923. After activating your card, it will work with a maximum withdrawal limit of $500, $200 of which can be at an ATM.
Note: Once the system merger is complete, the standard daily debit card limits are $2,000 at registers and $500 at ATMs.
May 2 – All Midland Credit Union locations, including Council Bluffs, will open at 8:30 a.m. and close at 5:00 p.m.
To get the most out of your Midland Credit Union membership, we encourage you to:
• Enroll in Online Banking.
• Download the Midland CU Mobile Banking App.
• Enroll in eStatements.
• Register for Online Bill Pay.
• Add your Midland CU Debit Card to your Mobile Wallet.
• Notify merchants that have automatic withdrawals set up to come out of your account of your NEW routing number (273976181) and new account number.
• Notify your payroll department or anyone making automatic deposits into your account of your NEW routing number (273976181) and new account number.

- Credit cards will have access to the available balance from the end of day 4/30.
- Debit cards will allow withdrawals up to a maximum of $500, $200 of which can be withdrawn from an ATM.
